Unused Tickets and Refunds

If you know you cannot use your tickets, you can either exchange them or donate them to The Barn. We only offer refunds in the event of cancellation or if you arrive late for a sold out performance and your prepaid seats have been resold and we are unable to offer you alternate seating or an exchange for another performance.

Funding and Donations

The Barn Theatre is largely a volunteer-based organization and we welcome your generous financial support and/or in-kind services.

COVID-19 and The Barn, Q&A

Question: Will all cast, crew, volunteers & staff be vaccinated?

Answer: Yes, The Barn Theatre is requiring that all cast, crew, volunteers & staff be vaccinated.

Question: Will cast and crew be required to be masked while backstage? Will volunteers & staff members be required to wear masks?

Answer: Since all cast and staff will be vaccinated, masks will not be required. All cast and crew members MUST wear a mask in all public areas (lobby & house of theatre). All staff & volunteers MUST wear a mask while in all public areas of the theatre.

Question: Will audience members need to be vaccinated to attend a show? Will audience members need to wear masks?

Answer: The Barn Theatre recognizes that vaccines have been a strong achievement in handling the COVID-19 pandemic. Until further notice, ALL ticket holders MUST show proof of COVID-19 vaccination when they arrive at the theatre. If you are unvaccinated OR are unable to be vaccinated due to a medical issue, you MUST present a negative COVID-19 test taken within 48 hours prior to your arrival at the theatre. Our central focus is to keep our patrons safe as they continue to enjoy the wonderful performances at The Barn Theatre.

Question: Will audience members need to wear masks?

Answer: Yes, all audience members will need to wear a mask in all areas of the theatre, including when seated.

Question: How many tickets will be sold?

Answer: We are currently opening at full capacity in September.

Question: What will be the check-in protocol?

Answer: You must present your ticket & proof of vaccination OR negative COVID-19 test taken within 48 hours of your arrival to the theatre in order to be allowed in the building. There will be no timed entrances, but we do ask that you continue to practice social distancing whenever possible.

Question: What are the lobby procedures?

Answer: Before and after the show we ask that you continue to practice generally accepted social distancing. We will be selling limited concessions this season. If you are meeting a friend to join you at the show or meeting a cast/crew member after, we ask that you wait outside either in the parking lot or by the Stage Door.

Question: What is the seating arrangement?

Answer: We are opening up at full capacity in September. Seats will remain assigned as in previous years (with the exception of our 3-SAT subscribers whose seats will need to be reassigned). Subscribers will still be able to select their seats at time of purchasing a subscription. If you want to ensure you have the same seats as prior seasons, membership renewals will be open from August 1 to August 30.

Question: What is the procedure for going to the restroom?

Answer: We ask that you practice general social distancing while using/waiting for the restrooms.

Question: What other safety procedures have been put in place?

Answer: Seats and surfaces disinfected before and after every show. Hand sanitizer dispensers will be abundantly available for cast, staff and audience. Air purifiers have been added in areas of lower ventilation.
